Database Glossary

The following table provides details of the data available to all clients about their customers and events.

Since each client will be configured differently and will send different events, the columns within each log table will be different according to the data collected for that account.

_customer (columns prepended with) specific data about a customer
_customer.__donotsendemail If 'true' customer gets no e-mails at all
_customer._city City in which Customer lives
_customer._countrycode Country Code in which Customer lives
_customer._region The region in which the customer is from
_customer.email The Customers e-mail address
_customer.first name The Customers first name 
_customer.last search term The last search made by the Customer
_customer.last name The  Customers Last Name (Surname/ Family name)
_customer.residence The Customers Country of residence
_customer.subscribed If Customer is subscribed to receiving e-mails ("t" = true "f"= false)
_customer.title The Customers title
_eventdata (columns prepended with) Data held about specific events which ocurred
_eventdata.customer Customer data held in a specific event which ocurred
_eventdata.customer._city The City the Customer is browsing from
_eventdata.customer._countrycode The Customers Country Code they are browsing from
_eventdata.customer._currentchannel The brand they are using
_eventdata.customer._region The region the customer is browsing from
_eventdata.customer.email The Customers e-mail address
_eventdata.customer.emailreference The unique email reference of an e-mail being opened/clicked
_eventdata.customer.first name The Customers first Name
_eventdata.customer.last search term The last search made by the Customer
_eventdata.customer.last name The  Customers Last Name (Surname/ Family name)
_eventdata.customer.residence The Customers Country of residence
_eventdata.customer.subscribed Whether or not the Customer is subscribed
_eventdata.customer.title The Customers title
_eventdata.search (columns prepended with) data relating to search event
_eventdata.search.adults The number of adults a customer has searched for
_eventdata.search.arrival The arrival date that a customer has searched for
_eventdata.search.children The number of children the customer has searched for
_eventdata.search.currency The currency of the search
_eventdata.search.destination The destination the search was made for
_eventdata.search.results The results of the search which was made
_eventdata.search.url

_eventdata.view email.email reference The unique email reference of an e-mail being viewed
_segment (columns prepended with) A specific segment a Customer has been captured within
accountid The Intilery Account ID for a company
affiliation Typically used to designate a supplying company or brick and mortar location; product affiliation.
campaign When using manual campaign tracking, the value of the utm_campaign campaign tracking parameter. When using AdWords autotagging, the name(s) of the online ad campaign that you use for your property. Otherwise the value (not set) is used.
campaignemailid The e-mail ID of the campaign the visiting client has come from
campaignnumber The Campaign number of the email campaign the visiting client has come from
campaignsession The campaign session ID of the capaign the visiting client has come from
campaignsessionnumber The campaign session number of the campaign the visiting client has come from
city The city of the visiting client, derived from IP addresses.
cityname The name of the City of the visiting client, derived from the IP Address
clientip The IP (Internet Protocol) Address of the client
country The country of the visiting client (derived from the IP Address)
countrycode The country code of the visiting client (derived from the IP Address)
currencycode The currency code of the visiting client
currentsession The customers current session
customerid The ID assigned to the customer
dayssincelastcampaign Days since the customer last came in on this campaign
dayssincelastsession The number of days elapsed since users last visited your property. Used to calculate user loyalty.
daystotransaction The number of days between users' purchases and the related campaigns that lead to the purchases.
emailreference The unique email that the customer has interacted with
encoding The type of encoding the page uses
eventaction The Event which is occurring such as page view, click, open
eventcategory Categories applied to certain eventactions such as reason for E-mail Bounce or E-mail Complaint
eventlabel The label applied to the event which is occurring
eventtype The type of event which is occurring such as USER, EMAIL, TRANSACTION, SYSTEM
hostname The hostname from which the tracking request was made.
initialvisit The time of the Initial Visit
isjavaenabled if java is enabled on the visiting clients browser
ismobile If the visitor is using a mobile device
issearch if the visitor has searched
keyword  the keywords used by users to reach your property. Otherwise the value is (not set).
language the language of the page
latitude The approximate latitude of the user's city. Derived from IP address. Locations north of the equator are represented by positive values and locations south of the equator by negative values.
linkreference Unique reference for link in a specific e-mail
longitude The approximate longitude of the user's city. Derived from IP address. Locations east of the meridian are represented by positive values and locations west of the meridian by negative values.
medium When using AdWords autotagging, the value is ppc. If the user comes from a search engine detected by Google Analytics, the value is organic. If the referrer is not a search engine, the value is referral. If the users came directly to the property, and document.referrer is empty, the value is (none).
orderid the order number for purchase / booking
pagepath A page on your website specified by path and/or query parameters. Use in conjunction with hostname to get the full URL of the page.
pagetitle The title of a page. Keep in mind that multiple pages might have the same page title.
previoussession The customers last session
price The booking / product price
quantity quantity of products
referrerhostname The name of the page which brought the user to the current page
referrerissearch Determines if the referrer was from a search engine
referrerpagepath describes which path the visitor used to visit the page
referrersearchterms Search terms the user searched for on a search engine
region The users region derived from IP addresses. In the U.S., a region is a state, such as New York.
regioncode  he region code derived from IP addresses. In the U.K., a region is an area, such as CH.
requestedat The date time of the event
requestnumber The page view number, i.e. 1 for the first page view, 2 for the second, resets in each session
screenresolutionx Screen Resolution on the X Axis
screenresolutiony Screen Resolution on the Y Axis
searchterms The terms used within a search event.
sessionnumber The session number of the event which occurred.
shipping Shipping cost
sku A Product ID
skucategory A Product category
skuname A product name
sourcehostname The host name of the referring source
sourcepagepath The page path of the referring source
tax The cost of tax for a product
timesincelastcampaign time in seconds since the last campaign
timesincelastsession time in seconds since the last session
total total cost included in a specific event such as create order / check out
trackingcodeversion Version of tracking code
useragentid ID of useragent, this can be useed to identify after cross referencing
visitlength the culmultive length of the session
visitlengthseconds Length of the visit in seconds
visitorid the id of the visitor
visitortype The type of visitor
visitstotransaction the number of sessions before a transaction (booking)
